Antonio Conte had ambitious plans for his first transfer window as Chelsea's manager, rapidly signing N'Golo Kante, who ought to feature in this opener, and spending £33.2 million on Marseille's youthful striker, Michy Batshuayi. He has several other talents in his sights, but these are the two are the main newcomers likely to feature. Both have received their Chelsea debuts since signing for the club, with Batshuayi in particular impressing the former Juventus manager.
